Do Not Sell My Personal Information

The honest answer to this page's question: there is nothing to opt out of, because we do not sell or share your personal information for money or for cross-context advertising.

Last updated September 15, 2026

We do not sell your information

Direct Healthcare Choice does not sell personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are used in the California Consumer Privacy Act and comparable state privacy laws. We also do not pass your details to a lead marketplace, a bidding pool, or a list of agencies.

When you complete the coverage review, your information goes to one licensed insurance advisor, plus the service providers that host this site, store the submission and deliver it to that advisor. Those providers act on our instructions only.

What you can still ask for

Whether or not your state has a comprehensive privacy law, you can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you
  • Correct anything that is wrong
  • Delete your information
  • Stop contacting you by phone, text and email
  • Confirm in writing that your information has not been sold or shared for advertising

We will not treat you differently for making any of these requests, and you do not need to give a reason.

How to make a request

Email info@directhealthcarechoice.com with the word PRIVACY in the subject line, and tell us which of the requests above you want and the email address or phone number you submitted on the site. Sending it from the address you originally gave us is the fastest route, because it helps us verify that the request is really yours.

We acknowledge requests promptly and complete them within the timeframe your state's law requires — generally 45 days, and we will tell you if we need the extension that most of those laws allow. If we cannot verify your identity we will say so rather than act on an unverified request, because doing otherwise would be its own privacy problem.

Authorised agents

If someone is making a request on your behalf, they should email the same address and include written proof that you authorised them. We may still contact you directly to confirm.

Stopping contact immediately

You do not need to wait for a formal request to stop the calls, texts or emails. Reply STOP to any text, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or simply tell the advisor on the call. We keep a minimal do-not-contact record afterwards, for the sole purpose of not contacting you again by mistake.
