By using directhealthcarechoice.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. These terms are between you and Direct Healthcare Choice, an independent insurance brokerage doing business as Direct Healthcare Choice.

What this site is

This site is informational and lets you request a coverage review from a licensed insurance advisor. It is not an insurance carrier, an exchange, or a government program, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Health Insurance Marketplace, Medicare, Medicaid, or any federal or state agency.

No offer of coverage, and no automated decision

Submitting the coverage review does not create an insurance policy, does not bind coverage, and does not constitute an application for insurance. Nothing on this site generates a rate, a price offer, an eligibility determination, or an automated plan match. Your answers start a review by a licensed human advisor, and only an insurance carrier can issue coverage.

Example figures

Any premium, deductible, out-of-pocket or savings figure shown anywhere on this site — including in the comparison section and the educational cost explorer — is an example for a hypothetical applicant. It is not an offer, not a price offer, and not a representation of what you will pay or qualify for. Actual premiums, deductibles, benefits, networks, exclusions and eligibility vary by plan, by state, by age and by health history, and are confirmed only by the carrier.

Content on this site is general education, not medical, legal, tax or individualized financial advice. Coverage decisions depend on your specific circumstances. Talk to a licensed advisor about your situation, and to your own professional advisers about the tax or legal consequences of any choice.

• Do not submit another person's contact details without their permission, and do not submit anyone's medical records, financial account details or government identifiers

We use automated protections to block spam submissions and may rate-limit or refuse submissions that look automated. Sometimes that will catch a real person; if it catches you, email info@directhealthcarechoice.com and we will sort it out.

Consent is not a condition of purchase and message and data rates may apply. You can withdraw it at any time — see our Privacy Policy.

Third-party links

Where we link to a carrier, a government resource such as HealthCare.gov, or another third-party site, we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.

Intellectual property

The text, design, graphics and code of this site belong to Direct Healthcare Choice or its licensors. You may read, print and share pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, resell or systematically copy the site's content.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided on an “as is” basis. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we do not warrant that every statement is error-free or that the site will always be available. To the extent the law allows, Direct Healthcare Choice is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing in them takes away rights you have under your state's insurance or consumer-protection laws.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when we last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
